Eating Salads is one of the easiest way to get your fruits, vegetables, greens and most importantly FIBER! Salad rich foods are loaded with goodies and increases antioxidant levels in the blood. Antioxidants keeps many diseases on bay especially the dangerous ones like Cancer and Heart Disease.
Pictured in this post is a healthy diet prepared by my good friend Ananda. Half a small lettuce head, 1 tomato, half a carrot, 1/2 broccoli stalk steamed with champignon mushrooms, snow pea sprouts and half a spiralised zucchini. Some vegan, gluten-free gravy were used in the preparation.
