Eating a diet with a good balance of protein, carbohydrate, and fat nourishes our body well.

And don’t forget about minerals, drinking plenty of water, good sleep, exercise and happy mind to keep the body well!

Pasta and tomato sauce cooked together with zucchini and chickpea.

Fresh cherry tomatoes on the side. Lettuce, spinach and spring onion were used for dressing purposes.
