Pictured above is a recipe from my happy-go-lucky friend Janja. Spelt pasta and tomato sauce cooked together with zucchini and chickpea. Fresh cherry tomatoes on the side. Lettuce, spinach and spring onion were used for dressing purposes. An excellent balanced food for your Friday!
